All sales at ESEF Concepts are processed as pre-orders and involve custom-made products tailored to our customers' specifications. As a result, we operate under a strict no-return policy.
Shipping Information:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order and estimated delivery timeframe.
As our products are custom-made, please allow adequate processing time before shipping (up to 30 days). This timeframe will be communicated at the time of your order.
We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team (esefconcepts@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue accordingly.
