All sales at ESEF Concepts are processed as pre-orders and involve custom-made products tailored to our customers' specifications. As a result, we operate under a strict no-return policy.

Shipping Information:

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order and estimated delivery timeframe.

  • As our products are custom-made, please allow adequate processing time before shipping (up to 30 days). This timeframe will be communicated at the time of your order.

  • We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team (esefconcepts@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue accordingly.
