When is “X” Concept going to be released?

We usually post the dates the products will release on our Instagram. We will sometimes do random drops, but for the most part we will have a specific release date correlated with each concept.

Will “X” Concepts be restocked?

We typically try to avoid restocks except for special occasions. We have tons of unreleased concepts and would rather keep dropping new concepts for you guys instead of constantly restocking the older product. 

Do you do custom items?

Unfortunately we don’t do custom concepts. A design of a concept can take 24+ hours so we prefer to dedicate that time to a design that can be released to the public.

Is “X” Concept for sale?

Everything that’s currently for sale will be on our website (ESEFCO.com) but only for a limited amount of time. We will let you know for how long the shop will be open and after that time period, it will be locked and the password will be removed.

I've entered the wrong address

We’ll need to fix this for you ASAP before your order gets shipped, so please get in touch straight away with your correct shipping address at @ESEFconcepts on instagram

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Please get in contact with us at @ESEFconcepts on Instagram and we will be able to get this sorted for you.

I’m missing an item from my order

Firstly make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. If you still can’t find it please contact us at @ESEFconcepts on Instagram and we will get this sorted for you.

I’ve received the wrong item

Please get in contact with us at on Instagram and we will be able to get this sorted for you.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation

Make sure you’ve checked your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there.  If it’s still not there please contact us @ESEFconcepts on Instagram

I want to return my order

Once your order is received it cannot be returned. So make sure you order the correct product, and size. We will only do returns on faulty and defective product. We make sure and take pride in viewing each concept before sending it out. 

How should I wash the Garments?

We recommend washing inside out on cold or getting them dry cleaned if possible. 

DELIVERY HELP

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm EST and can take 3-4 weeks to process before being shipped. 

My order says delivered but it’s not here.

Please reach out to local postal service as quickly as you can. The quicker you contact them the more helpful they will be. We do not have any updated information that you can’t access. Try going to your local post office to see if package was left there we find sometimes they will do this without leaving a notice. We know are using route protection which you can add to your order for usually around $1. If you do this then you’re order is 100% insured so we recommend this because in some cases we’re not able to help

How long does it take to deliver Internationally?

Usually this will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Sometimes parcels may get held at customs which will increase the arrival time.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Maybe, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
